Book Review: a kind of angel – a Sneetz and Muldoon Thriller by Melvin M. Harter

It's that time of year you want to store in the books read during their summer vacation. A species may be an angel to put on your list.

Melvin Harter is a medical retirement and an angel is a kind of first time in the wild world of books. In this book, know their players and Sneetz Muldoon, and I suspect we'll see more of this duo in future books.

Gilbert Sneetz Schnetele 'is a heart surgeon in retirement, retirement due to a problem involving a DIY renovation pruning saw off a numeric value. Unable to perform a knife, became a legal adviser / medical assessment 'in workplace injuries.

Albert Muldoon is a journalist covering the aging time has seen it all. Young enough to have made to face the wrath of McCarthyism, old enough to have survived and prospered. Prospered to the extent that now officially withdrew in writing only books, unofficially, part of the president's inner circle.

A series of murders many in the world occur, appears to be unrelated, but share a surprising number of similarities, there are no signs of struggle, the bodies are in perfect condition almost mummified, and seems to have been instant death.

The mystery deepens and takes on a much more sinister when the president receives what amounts to a demand rescue, withdraw from Iraq, and elsewhere there is a presence of the armed forces of the United States, or the mass murder against near Washington DC.

With lower idea of what weapons of mass destruction, or the way it was delivered, are in a quandary.

While much has Sneetz was elected for a death in the case of employment, a young janitor in a research laboratory of the Air Force distance is dead, but there seems no reason to death. That reached into his coming to U.S. government attention, including Muldoon. Sneetz comes in very close knit family's fight against the unknown terrorist group.

What will they find? How can they defeat an unknown opponent?

Well, you can find to get your own copy from Amazon, or visit the website Melvin Harter.

At 160 pages this is a fast read, moves along surely right, however, and there is action on every page. If I had a criticism, it is likely that the length, the plot is rich, and I think the book could have been another 100 pages to explore some of the subplots in more detail. long the book is a strong call to make, also depends on the richness of the plot, but this book has it! Some authors waffle on the other side until who are ready to gut a plastic butter knife, Tom Clancy is probably the worst offender with his absolutely illegible orders, which could have been written in 250 pages and was a pleasure to read, however, was 1000 pages of techno yawn boring.

I look forward to more Melvin Harter, who has feet wet, and I think the future looks bright. As Shania Twain song called "Up, Up, Up."
