It is possible that a simple geometric shape such as triangle, circle or square, the hexagram is created by several people not connected to another.
The hexagram is a symbol called a mandala or yantra sadkona satkona yantra found on ancient Hindu temples of South India built thousands of years. It symbolizes the Nara-Narayana or perfect meditative state of relative balance between man and God, and if sustained, the results of "Moksha" or "Nirvana" liberation (of Underworld limits traps and equipment).
Another theory, but apparently not very motivated about the origin of form is that it is only 2 of the 3 letters in the name David in Hebrew script, David is transliterated in the Hebrew Bible, "D", "DW-D." point (Dalet) was written in a form as a setback and backward "L", but given the Greek letter "Delta" () is a triangle. The symbol may have been a family crest formed by flipping and juxtaposing the two most important letters in the name. The letter "W" in this case could reference the composition operation of the two deltas.
Some researchers have hypothesized that the hexagram represents the chart at the time of David's birth or anointment as king. The hexagram also known as "King Star" in astrological circles.
In ancient papyri, pentagrams, stars and other signs are frequently on amulets bearing the Jewish name of God, and used as protection against the plague and other diseases. Curiously, the hexagram is not among these signs. In the [citation needed] Magic papyrus (Wessely, lc, p. 31, 112) in Paris and London there are twenty signs side by side, and a circle of twelve signs, but neither a pentacle nor a hexagram.

[Citation needed] In Christianity, often called the star of creation.
The Bible makes no direct mention Star of David, however, the Catechism of the Catholic Church in the year 528AD refers to the star that led the Magi to Christ as "the star of David." The star of David is also using less prominent in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, especially in architecture. Symbolizing the tribes of Israel and the friendship and affinity for the Jewish people said. In addition, some independent LDS LDS theologians such as Daniel Rona have further suggested the possibility that the Star of David was actually the model of the Urim and Thummim, but this is not the official doctrine of the Church.

He succeeded in removing the king by stealing his "seal of Solomon", although according to the Talmud this seal was just a piece metal with lyrics in Hebrew meaning God's name inscribed in it. It is possible that the seal was changed in the Arabian tales. The first appearance of the symbol in Scripture Jewish Kabbalistic writings was in the East, it is possible that this alteration of the pentagram under Arab influence.
Professor Gershom Sholem theorizes [Citation needed] that "the Star of David" its origins in the writings of Aristotle, who used triangles in different positions to indicate items different basic. Thus overlapping triangles represent combinations thereof. In his writings of Aristotle these symbols made his debut in the media, literature pre-Islamic Arabic.
Usage by Hinduism and Eastern religions

Six Star has also been found in cosmological diagrams in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The reasons for this seemingly common symbol in indigenous religions and the West are lost in the mists of antiquity. One possibility is that they have a common origin. The other possibility is that artists and religious people of many cultures independently created hexagram independent form, which after all is relatively simple and obvious geometric.
In indigenous traditions, as is generally composed trianglesne two up and the other in downocked embrace of harmony. Use Raelism
The International Raelian Movement (MRI) uses a hexagram. The root of this symbol, according to the founder of MRI, Rael, is attributable to the use of genetic engineering of extrasolar planets, which would be the same entities referred to as Elohim. According to Rael, these space travelers landed on Earth and synthesized life from inert matter in 7 laboratory bases containing the symbol.
Some meanings involve particular variations of this symbol are compatible with MRI, such as "welfare" (where "swastika" means "well" Sanskrit) and "infinite time" (as Hindus see the swastika as a symbol of "Eternal cycles). In Raelism and triangles represent upper and lower "as above so below", which refers to the similarity between the past and creating the future creators or repetition of the hierarchical structure fractal in the universe. "As above so below" is too well known in Wicca as the end of the hearing of an appeal or a ritual to bring change events the world of top-down world (our world).
MRI has long term plans to build a complex of temples or the embassy, through the time of a singularity technology, and by 2035, support for the arrival of the great prophets and religions under after a dramatic fall in interstellar travel. Rael (or Elohim, I would like Rael) requires that the embassy to contain the "symbol of the Elohim." The symbol used for the first time by the Raelian Movement was the source of dispute concerning a proposal to build the Raelian embassy in Israel, because he looked like a hexagram with the image of a swastika embedded in the center.

The six-pointed star commonly used as a talisman to ward off spirits and the practice of witchcraft. In the book The History and practice of magic, vol. 2, the six-pointed star is called the talisman of Saturn and is also known as the Seal of Solomon. Details are given in this book about how to make these symbols and materials to use.
Dr. John Dee, court astrologer of Queen Elizabeth I, in his book hieroglyph Monad, includes the following quotation:
"Mahatma Letters", page 345: "The double triangle considered by the Jewish Kabbalists Solomon's Seal is … Sri – Antana the Archaic Aryan Temple, the Mystery of Mysteries, a geometrical synthesis of the whole occult doctrine. The two interlaced triangles -Tires are Buddham of Creation. Contain the "squaring the circle", the Sorcerer's Stone, the great problems of life and death – the mystery of evil. The Chela which may explain the sign of each of its aspects is practically a follower. "
Traditionally, the hexagram can be considered as the combination of four elements. The triangle pointing up symbolizes the air, and a horizontal line through the center symbolizes fire. The triangle with the point under represent the land, and a horizontal line through the center symbolizes the water. The two combined create the hexagram, and therefore a combination of these elements.
The use of masonry
Encyclopedia of Freemasonry:
"The interlocking triangles or deltas symbolize the union of two principles or forces, active and passive, male and female, coming into the universe … The two triangles, one white and one black, interlacing, characterize the bulk mixing of opposites in nature, darkness and light, error and truth, ignorance and wisdom, good and evil over human life. "
33 Degree Mason Albert G. Charles T. Mackey McClenachan cited Codex Magica by Texe Marrs
The hexagram also inside and outside the Masonic temples many as a decoration. The hexagram, one of the oldest symbols of the world, is located within the structures of the Temple of King Solomon that the Freemasons are inspired by his philosophy and studies.
Other uses

Even today, there is a need to "prove" the marks in all official languages of the United Kingdom and U.S. military swords if the blades themselves do not come to the Middle East.
In Unicode, the "Star of David", symbol U 2721 ().
It is a plant called Solomon's seal (Polygonatum multiflorum) in the lily family.
In alchemy, the two triangles represent the reconciliation of opposites fire and water. No Jewish Kabbalah (also called Christian or Hermetic Kabbalah) interprets [citation needed] The hexagram signifies the divine union power male and female, where the male is represented by the upper triangle and the female by the lower house. It also points to four triangular symbols of the same (two triangles crossed like a capital letter and two uncrossed) to represent the four elements: water, fire, air and land. This use of the symbol was used as a point important in the plot of Dan Brown's popular novel The Da Vinci Code and The Da Vinci Code describes this as the origin of the star.
