Portuguese and English are two very distinct languages. In that case, the best option for you is to d self -study. You can do so by buying an English dictionary and language books. You can also use the more popular alternative, through English audio language courses. These courses can be downloaded from the internet so you can start right away. You can listen to the lessons at any time that you like and at your own pace. The best thing is, you can listen to the audio lessons again and again, for however long you want.
If you already know how to speak the basics, then what you need t do is to practice, practice and practice some more. If you do that, then you will be speaking English easily in no time.
