I need to know this book would be best to help me control my borderline personality disorder.?
I had hypertension for 6 years a horrible relationship could not leave. I finally had the courage to do it. He is a man in my life now that I loved for 6 years and said the last 6 years I would in a heartbeat if I left my boyfriend. For 6 years this man has loved me, and after all this time I have the opportunity to finally be happy. This man is wonderful for me, said he is patient with me and even went to therapy for me if I wanted. I feel like I'm dreaming of this man, however, my only problem is that whenever I have problems with BPD and I said I can not trust him again, and he understands that, but I need to find a book that will help me deal with and resolve these problems. I will now in therapy, but I would like extra help outside of the office of the Department of Commerce. I know what BPD is, I have to know how to work with it and change my way of thinking.
