What book on music theory would be useful if …..?
Could someone give me a site or a book (or a website to buy a book) For the best music learning? Theory that I saw a pair of $ 15 – $ 150, but I prefer less expensive, does not have to be on the CD, or but I want to help. Basically anything good for beginners in the theory (perhaps of game), which later could go back and buy for -Keyboard/Piano- avancés.-guitar-bass-drums and intermediate (but preferably keyboard because it is what I use) -Vocals/Songwriting (If you have a thing or simply the theory of music in general)-Thanks much appreciated!
I use the theory of principal series with my students. It comes in at 1-6 and is very economical – each book is only $ 4.50. Book 1 takes you through the staff, treble and bass, bars, flats, sharps and natural ties, slurs note and rest values. I recommend for any early musician.
