My father lied to me. what should I do?
I have 23 years and I have not seen my father since I was a baby. has never paid maintenance child or helped me financially in any way. I never asked for anything. talk on the phone, but sometimes the day before yesterday marked one year since I talked with him. I called my dad yesterday and told him I was starting college and my Pell Grant would be sufficient to cover tuition, but not all of my books. I told him it would be $ 200 short. I asked if I wanted to borrow money until mid-September and I said yes and I have to pay. live in two different states at he said he would make a Money Gram and call me when they do. whole day has passed and I have not heard anything from him. Text him an hour ago and asked him to go yet to send money, but if not, please let me know so I can make other arrangements. I have not heard anything. So what should I do now?
