Can anyone tell me some good books?

I'm embarrassed to go to the library (stupid, I know), if anyone can tell me some good books that are not owned more? I want to play in the books of Google.

You must consider the library to a mental candy store! Consider going with a friend. Just because something is old does not necessarily mean that Copyright does more, but I hope this list will help Alcott. Eight Cousins by Louisa May (1832 – 1888) – Rose's father died, leaving her an orphan. She goes to live with her aunt and aunt Rosa a lot. Your friend at school dies and cruel punishments are administered by the Superintendent. As an adult, Jane falls for his boss, Mr. Rochester. He is haunted by a terrible secret in his past. This is a true story Gothic suspense, romance, madness and assassination attempts. Publication 1847. Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë (1818 – 1849) – The is the story of the tormented relationship Romantic Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff, an orphan adopted by Catherine's father. The story is in the wild Yorkshire moors. 1847. Publication Pride and Prejudice Jane Austen (1775-1817) – The Court of proud Mr. Darcy and prejudiced Elizabeth Bennet is complicated by their persistent misunderstanding of the other acts and feelings. There are many interesting characters. Mrs. Bennet cares for her five daughters married. There is an impressive widowed aunt who intimidates everyone except Elizabeth. Pastor incredibly pretentious repeats his speech to the young. The story is set in the 18th century. Publication 1813. Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen (1775 – 1817) – Elinor and Marianne Dashwood are two very different sisters. Elinor is sensible, while Marianne is sensitive and emotional. After the death of his father, girls, his mother and younger sister are forced to move to a small cottage in the country. The sisters fall in love with singles, but the problems arise. Publication 1811. Emma by Jane Austen (1775 – 1817) – Emma Woodhouse is a young woman who intends to match. After many complications Emma discovers that her scheming has served to confuse and hurt the feelings of others. Publication 1815 Austen. Jane Mansfield Park (1775 – 1817) Publication 1814 Montgomery. Anne of Green Gables, Lucy Maud (1874 – 1942) – red-headed orphan Anne Shirley goes to live with an older brother and sister, Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert Island Prince Edward Island. Anne's a dreamer, a lover of books that need to be loved. Publication 1908. The suites include: Anne of Avonlea, in the Island, Anne of Windy Poplars, Anne's House of Dreams, and Anne of Ingleside. Ana Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier (1907 – 1989) – Max marries the rich winter and his new bride quickly realizes that something is wrong with Manderley. According to the housekeeper, who was devoted to Rebecca, the last mistress of the new Mrs. Manderly Winter is timid and nervous, nothing to do with Rebecca. The housekeeper becomes the bride's enemy as a horrible mystery Rebecca unfolds. Publication 1940 Hawthorne. Nathaniel The Scarlet Letter (1804 – 1864) – A young woman, Hester is off the New England Puritan community and forced to wear a red "A" on his chest because of their sins with the local minister, Arthur Dimmesdale. Hester's husband, Roger Chillingworth, is jealous and full of vengeance. Publication 1850 Hawthorne. The House of Seven Gables by Nathaniel (1804 – 1864) Antonia Publication 1851. Willa Cather My (1873 – 1947) – Antonia moves Shimerda Bohemia to a pioneer town in Nebraska. Mr. Shimerda is nostalgia and can not earn a living, so it is suicidal. Antonia is strong and determined. He became friends with Jim Burden, who lives in a nearby farm. They thrive on the prairies of Nebraska with wolves, brown owls land, rattlesnakes, and Jim and gradually learns to love Antonia. Publication 1918. O, Pioneer! by Willa Cather 1873 – 1947) Publication 1913. (The Song of the Lark Willa Cather (1873-1947) – 1915. The publication of the gift of the Magi O. Henry (1862 – 1910) – A young couple wants to make Christmas special despite lack of funds. Everyone does whatever it takes to buy the right gift for everyone. The results are quite ironic. Gipson 1906 publication. Old Yeller by Fred (1908 – 1973) – The old stray dog certainly ugly thief and a scoundrel, but here on the Texas frontier a dog is a good companion, especially with Dad away on livestock unit. The publication of 1956 in London. Call Jack Woods (1876 – 1916) – A domesticated dog, Buck, is kidnapped and sold to gold miners. To survive, must learn to listen to the call of nature and learn ways of their ancestors wolf. Finally, he falls into the ownership of John Thornton, whose life Buck saves twice. Publication 1903 London. Jack White Fang (1876 – 1916) – A half wolf – half dog is almost completely destroyed by the vicious cruelty of men. Publication 1906. Seabass Jack London (1876 – 1916) Johnny Tremain by Esther Forbes (1891 – 1968) – Johnny is an apprentice silversmith in Boston (not Paul Revere) in the days before the American Revolution. An accident ends learning. In the days following his accident he meets Samuel Adams, John Hancock, and many other men of history. Publication 1944. Gulliver's Travels Jonathan Swift (1667 – 1745) – Lemuel Gulliver travels to a number of unknown land and very rare so far. In one place, is a giant compared to the Lilliputians. Another is the size of a mouse compared to the people you meet. It is also a floating island and a place where intelligent horses are served by humanoids. Publication 1726. This was in a movie starring Ted Danson Defoe. Robinson Crusoe by Daniel (1660 – 1731) – Crusoe is stranded on a deserted island off the coast of South America for nearly 30 years. Must find food, shelter and clothing. It survives thanks to his faith in God. Many years after landing on the island, which saves a man called Friday, which is about to be devoured by cannibals and Friday becomes a loyal servant of Robinson. 1719. Posted Swiss Family Robinson by Johann Wyss (1743-1848) – Fritz, Ernest, Jack, Franz Mother and Father survive a shipwreck and is stranded on a deserted island near New Guinea. Be a religious family offered thanks to God for all what he has done. To save what can be sent. They built a cabin in the trees for the protection of wildlife, find food, make candles grain the bread of roots, and a canoe from a tree. Aa face snakes, wolves, bears and a lion, but goes well until they find a way out of the island. Who go? Who will stay? This was a long movie. Publication 1812. Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson (1850 – 1894) – Young Jim Hawkins, son an innkeeper, finds a treasure map among the belongings of a dead Marine. Pirates seek that very map and Jim is in a situation. On board ship, Jim Goodie Long John Silver's plans for mutiny. This was also a movie. Publication 1883. Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne (1828 – 1905) – Phineas Fogg tries to break into the world in 80 days, to win a bet of 20,000 pounds. He is accompanied on his trip by an official and asked that all types of transport modes (Elephant, sled, balloon, etc..) Published 1873 Verne. Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea July (1828 – 1905) – Professor Aronnax leads an expedition attempting to destroy a giant sea monster. Their efforts with harpoons are futile and the men in the water. Later they are captured by the enigmatic Captain Nemo on his ship, submarine, the Nautilus. Publication 1870. The film starring a young Kirk Douglas instead of Kipling. The Jungle Book Rudyard (1865 – 1936). – A child is lost in the jungles of India and adopted by a family of wolves. Publication 1894). Just So Stories by Rudyard Kipling (1865-1936 Captains Courageous by Rudyard Kipling (1865-1936) – Harvey Cheyne is a spoiled rich teenager who considers himself above the labor aboard the ship. Then he falls overboard and rescued by a fisherman who insists he earn a living. Publication 1897. The Black Pearl by Scott O'Dell (1898 – 1989) – Ramon and his father search the pearls off the coast of Baja California. Ramon dreams of finding a black pearl, but also believes that the monster of the deep Diablo, Manta. When you are a Black Pearl, is warns to take risks the wrath of the monster. O'Dell 1967 publication. Island of Blue Dolphins by Scott (1998 – 1989) – Publication. 1960 Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson (1850 – 1894) – Young David Balfour went to visit his uncle after the death of his father. Uncle Ebenezer wants to steal the inheritance child and not stop at murder. David is soon kidnapped and on board a ship from a life of slavery. Story takes place in the 18 th century Europe. Publication 1886. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson (1850 – 1894) – A doctor from a change in respect mild-mannered London physician into a monster by drinking a potion. Publication 1886. The awakening of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings (1896 – 1953) – This story takes place in forests of Florida in the late 1860. A child Twelve-year-old Jody Baxter, raises an orphaned fawn, but as the animal grows problems arise and should the release. 1939 Green Publishing. Adventures Robin Hood by Roger Lancelyn (1918 – 1987) – This is a folktale which began as a ballad in the Middle Ages. Robin and his band of thieves hiding in Sherwood Forest, stealing the rich to spend and give to the poor in the area. Publication 1956. King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table by Roger Lancelyn Green (1918 – 1987) – This is the story of King Arthur his Queen Guinevere, Merlin the magician, Lancelot, and the other knights of the Round Table. It is the chivalry, courage, honor and loyalty. (Published 1950) Twain. The Adventures of Tom Sawyer Mark (1835 – 1910) – This story takes place in Hannibal, Missouri, the boyhood home of Mark Twain (aka Samuel Clemens). You hear talk about how Tom got lost in a cave. There are many in the area because of all the limestone. You'll also learn how Tom managed to get out of painting the fence Aunt Polly told him to paint. Samuel Clemens said the events of this book was true, though Tom was actually based on a combination of features and the adventures of three different youth. Publication 1876 -. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain) 1835 1910) – This book was banned by some schools and libraries. Contains a word we use Not now, but during the time Twain wrote the word was common. Instead of rewriting history, we learn. Huck lives with Widow Douglas and Widow Watson, but can not sivilize tolerate their attempts. Three Musketeers by Alexandre (1802 – 1870) – The year is 1625. A young D'Artagnan arrives in Paris and meets the three musketeers, Porthos, Aramis and Athos, who work for Louis XIII of France. He insults immediately. However, when the four are attacked by five guards of the cardinal, the boy is doing very well with his fencing skills and the four friends become. Are out of many adventures. Dumas 1844 publication. The Count of Monte Cristo Alexander (1802 – 1870) – Count Edmond Dantes is imprisoned for life. After 14 years in prison escapes, finds a hidden treasure, and becomes very rich. It then seeks revenge against their former enemies. Many of the drama, intrigue, and suspense in the days of Empire Napoleon. Publication 1845 -. Lieutenant Hornblower 1846 CS Forester (1899 – 1966) – This is the second book (of 11) in series. The Marine was promoted to Lieutenant Hornblower acting under the command of a mad tyrant captain of a ship. The ship ran aground, is attacked by the Spanish, and Hornblower saves the day. Much of the adventure. Publication 1952. Other titles include: Hornblower and the Hotspur, Hornblower and the Atropos Beat homes and vessels. Don Quixote Miguel de Cervantes line (1547 – 1616) – Don Quixote the knight errant and his squire and travel companion, Sancho, that many great adventures. When Quixote sees armies, castles, the ladies of high rank, and giant Sancho sees sheep, inns, farmhouses and windmills girls. The first part was published in 1605 and the second in 1615 Dickens Oliver. Twist of Charles (1812 – 1870) – A young orphans in a workhouse created a stir by asking for more food. Sold as an apprentice mortician and things keep getting worse. Then he meets a band of pickpockets led by an old man named Fagin. (Serialis between 1837 and 1839) Dickens. A Tale of Two Cities by Charles (1812 – 1870) – This is a tale of two places different, London and Paris during the French Revolution. Dr. Manette, who had been imprisoned in the Bastille is returned to his daughter Lucia. Then the husband of Lucia, Charles Darnay, is tried for treason against the French government. He was acquitted and fled France, but returned to free someone else, and was sentenced to death. Great Dickens Published 1859. Expectations by Charles (1812 – 1870) – A young boy is visits his parents' graves in a cemetery near some swamps alone. A unhappy prisoner at the beginning of the search for the graves and grabbed the boy by the neck. The convict threatens to kill the child unless he said. This race is difficult for Pip terrible. 1860 -1861. Posted David Copperfield by Charles Dickens (1812 – 1870) – This book is said to be somewhat autobiographical. David is sent at an early age to work in a plant. In London, he meets all kinds of characters: Mr. Micawber, a spendthrift, and Uriah Heep, a secretary, attorney. It is said that he preferred Dickens novels. Publication 1849.
