The study of medicine?
I want to study medicine, I have almost finished a degree in radiography (X-ray technology) in the UK and probably the work of a few years to earn some money before they consider starting a new course. Meanwhile, what books I should study more relevant to some extent in modern medicine? Ideally, all medical students in the class if you could share the reading list and the list of basic texts would amazing!
I am a year 4 medical. my medical school has two real stages – preclinical and clinical studies. Preclinical has been in years 1 and 2. and the rest are clinical years .. preclinical years are anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiological .. all conferences for most of things .. and really gave a lecture notes prepared for the study of examination .. I guess if you want to start reading things clinic, then "Clinical Medicine by Kumar and Clark is very good .. Also "The Oxford Handbook of Clinical Medicine" (also known as cheese and onion) is also good and recommended for general practice! Good luck!
