Shakespeare, If I wanted to understand his writing better or more thoroughly, where should I start?
I have always loved reading and writing and after seeing an NPR link about a lost play, I thought I should at least explore what he was all about. Are there any resources that are especially helpful? Websites and books are welcome. Criticism and reviews are fine as well. Thank you.
Though they’re often thought of as nothing more than cheat sheets, Cliffs’ Notes and such are actually very good for understand the “why” behind the “what” when it comes to books like Shakespeare’s.
