I have ripped off on eBay?
I bought two books of the international version of bargain prices. I bought a man in India, which had no any information. Two days later, the man is no longer registered with eBay. Also, I can not find the two books I bought at my cattle / shopping list "My eBay". I sent the man twice. I waited a day and no response. I contacted PayPal. I was told to wait. Perhaps the seller sent my books, even if you close your account. I doubt it. I think he's trying to take my money and run.
Did you or did you just commit to buy? If you have already paid, you should not have contact PayPal. You should contact Ebay right to a refund. Paypal is almost useless in this department. You must open a dispute with Ebay and wait 7 days. EBay will determine if you deserve a refund. Usually have sufficient reimbursement so. I had to request a refund of 2 times and both times came through Ebay and gave me my money. His first mistake was to buy from someone with no notes or comments. You should look for providers with a rating of 95 percent or more. I know I keep away from anyone 85 or less. You should also contact your bank to make them cancel your current card and issue a new credit / debit cards, in case this Man tries to use your card at the end. It can be a hacker and you know. I doubt that their books shipped. You are more than likely to get scammed. This happens a lot on Ebay. I know it sucks.
