Public domain books: How to use them to generate income
Old books in the public domain can be a great source of inspiration and content adapted to produce new materials, such as CD, DVD or eBooks. What's more … and even better is that if you use a public domain book, you can take this if you like and recreate it on your own.
Just scan the pages and pictures on your computer, change the text if you want to put the language and updated for modern readers. Hey Presto you have created a product for yourself, you can sell and earn outstanding on a recurring basis, for life if desired.
One of the easiest ways to find old books, in particular in the public domain is to have a local majority of the entire book Second-hand stores or garage sales, flea markets, craft markets, etc.
However, another good place to look is on eBay, using their service search of old books and picture books section for the sales.
All the books from 1923 onwards if the States States will be judged in the public domain and are available for use and re-create as their own. Your old newly created public domain book is already ready for you in the market in the world and make money for you.
To market your book, you can advertise on sites like Amazon, eBay, or better yet, join ClickBank and sell it as an instant download. Everything and anything you do to get your book the best known in the world at large will help you make money every exceptional time someone buys a long time in the future.
For example, you can promote your eBook or digital print version one using social bookmarking sites or creating a blog for you.
You should also consider using Article marketing sites so you can send comments and articles often allow you to talk about their products at the end of the article.
Usually, you have two links to your site or products used for promotion. These links are allowed in a special box, (commonly called resource box) immediately after your item.
Other methods of advertising your old books would be on pay-per-click sites such as Google AdWords, but can be expensive if you do not know what you do and I recommend you stick a free flow methods, at least until you've got some sales and some experience under his belt.
