Help me with my grammar and please help me add more to it?

It's in the book In the Heat of Night by John Ball published in the 1960's, I hope no offense. Choose a quote taken> and reply back saying that you think about it the following quote: "Technically, they are free to leave at any time and did not need to come here. "It was. I feel I have," Gottschalk said my answer: I wonder if the players are tired to blame the citizens for a murder Them. pointing the finger at someone without any evidence that similar to when speaking of Virgil Tibbs. At that time, technology has not been created (I was not sure he's good .. this book was mentioned in 1960) so that innocent citizens are locked up in jail because they have no evidence Police believe that and are convicted of the crime. Today, even with the technology in our hands, although some officers did not suspect that provide a framework for -. anyone Add a few more things if possible -. Thank you grammar!

you should not start with "I wonder …" should read " I think "or" I believe. "You must change" no evidence to show "to" any incriminating evidence "You do not need a comma after "When" and instead of saying that one could say created a revolution. innocent people "if" thrown in jail because "doing" and "were" guilty of the crime. otherwise very good!
