a series of vampire books with a character name Charlotte?
The series is a girl who becomes a vampire and is forced to live the rest of his life as a child. It was also the premise of an episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent
I saw this episode of criminal as well, and also sought by the network of books. I have not found anything and I am reasonably sure that made for the show. It is not so positive.
