what is the difference between us and international version of college textbooks?
The international editions are soo much cheaper so i want to get that, but there has to be a catch right? I just want to know if the pages will be the same or what’s the difference please tell me if ill be able to use it for my class if they have the us edition. If it matters its for marine biology-castro 7th edtion
1. For the most part the content in both versions are exactly the same.
2. However, there is a slight chance you could get the wrong version of an international edition (meaning, same content, but wrong problems).
3. I took a course in college where everybody got their book internationally. Most of all the people that bought the book got the near same edition, however the problems were all different. I was lucky however…I got a cheaper international edition but it was the right one.
4. From personal experience, most international books I buy tend to be the one I’m after. I suspect it to be highly unlikely you’ll get a bad version.
