Burning a CD audio book download
Can not record (or copy / write) a downloadable audio book on CD if it's for your own use, or if you have the copyright on the content.
Any audio book purchased for your own entertainment or enjoyment is normally subject to copyright and may not be copied except for personal use. The violation of this law can be obtained because of serious problems of copyright infringement and potentially subject to huge fines and even prison.
Download audio books still under copyright, even after paying to download them.
The only case where the books audio (or elsewhere) are already under copyright, is when the authors or translators have been dead for over 70 years. There are also some government publications which are not copyright.
The rule of "only for personal use" is, but still short when trying to burn a downloadable audio book on a CD or other formats like.

First, the team you want to use to burn audiobooks to CD should be equipped with a recordable CD and CD burning software.
