
What are your favorite books?
I’m looking for books to read, but I don’t have access to everything.
They need to be either-
Published before 1920
Something my college library would have. They only have books that are meant to be literature, they don’t have fluffy best sellers or young adult.

The “Anne of Green Gables” books by Lucy Maud Montgomery. They were published in the early years of the 20th century and they were wildly popular. Here in Canada, they are nearly everybody’s favourite. The stories were written for girls, but are enjoyed by anyone, any age. Good old-fashioned story-telling by a very gifted writer.
