Are there any electronic books that are read to you?
does anyone know of an electronic book (ebook readers) that read books to it’s readers?

The only electronic book reader that can read to you is the Amazon Kindle. It can virtually read any books, newspapers or magazines, and even websites that the Kindle reader has opened. See the section “Text-to-Speech (Asking Kindle to Read to You)” on the official page here for details:

Finally, in case you don’t know, Amazon has put a price slash on the Kindle 2 just before Christmas, and it is now selling $100 cheaper than the price I got my Kindle, and it adds in international wireless access and native PDF support… So take the chance if you want it.
