Soul Currency: Investing your inner wealth
As an investment bank on Wall Street for many years, discovered the power of capital invested to create businesses, create new industries like biotechnology and the Internet, and create billions of dollars of market value. But as a business coach and life and spiritual teacher, I realized that our greatest resource is the inner wealth that is in us – our spiritual or inner qualities such as perception, intuition, vision, and so on. Learning to wake up and reverse this great inner wealth will help you achieve your goals, increase revenue, and find personal satisfaction deep.
Many have heard the story of Russell Conwell Acres of Diamonds Southeast Asian farmers selling rocky lands Instead of going elsewhere to make a fortune. This seems poor quality farmland later proved to be the diamond mine of Golconda, one of the most richest ever discovered. How many of us would judge as not very special, not smart enough, not knowing the right people or do not have what it takes? Each of us is sitting in our own acres of diamonds, and one can choose to regret that were distributed to us or acknowledge that there are only rough diamonds, but in fact most of us are sitting on a vast treasure of domestic assets that can be directly related to the material world.
Share with the world what is their only
Each of us has many choices about how to generate income. Most of us spend Most of our waking hours in work-related activities. If you look at the work simply as an activity that generates a paycheck, then ultimately is the meaning in other parts of your life. Do what you love, but if you like helping people, not necessarily work in a step-profit society profit. Recognize that the experience is more than the work itself – what they bring to their work is an important part of it. When you begin to value and what it has to offer, it is likely to share with the world that is uniquely yours.
British author JK Rowling wrote the first Harry Potter book, with little savings they had and some public assistance. However, your most important investment was his imagination, his ability to paint pictures with words and his vision of a world of fantasy of Muggles, wizards and dragons. Many neighbors and friends Rowling certainly had some doubts about whether she ever make money as a writer. However, within ten years JK Rowling Harry Potter brand individual books, which include, movies, and merchandise, was several million dollars, representing a return on investment that dwarfs even the shareholders from Microsoft.
Strengths from
When I was young, embarrassed that I looked different and was shorter than my classmates. What I have gone six feet tall, with blond hair and blue eyes instead of being five feet six inches and Chinese American. But when I went to Wall Street, one of the fund managers was warmer Gerald Tsai, a Chinese American who was born in Shanghai. Steve Jobs, the founder of three major companies such as Apple Computer and Pixar, had the gift of being able to combine creativity and precision, and vision with imagination. Apple, which competed against giants such as HP, Toshiba, Sony and IBM, not only acquired significant market share, but the generations built loyal Apple users. Is the founding collective investment groups Apple and Pixar, which created the inspiration for their products, the impetus for funding, and innovations that have become leaders in their industries.
Investing your money Alma
When you use your internal assets and direct with the intent and focus, just add love to perform what I call spiritual capital, gasoline power source. The feeling of love, which is the real currency of the soul is more than a feeling well, that's creative, connective and transformation. When you invest your spiritual capital, return on investment is not only monetary, opening unlimited possibilities.
Here's an example: My good friend and mentor Jay Wells at the end always looked for ways to help people. He made friends easily because he was interested in others. These qualities helped him become a successful businessman. One day, during recovery from a routine hospital Wells began to speak with nurses and other patients and asked why there was no television in the hospital. Said television was a luxury – there was a each doctor's room, but apart from that, the hospital could afford no. He started giving a few TVs in the hospital and, finally, this has led formation of the National Services of Wells, a public company has become the leader in the installation and rental of the head of television for inpatients.
Joel Roberts, one of the best coaches in this country the media is another example of foreign investment the soul.
