How I can convert a Word document into an electronic book?
Hi, would appreciate any help because I've tried everything custom has been on a tangent, Beco too technical, or wanted something flog! I have a number of Word 2007 documents to convert books to read on my Sony eReader. Up I have now been converted into PDF, but not great as it does not work in the passage and the space is crazy – I find often interrupted by the partially filled pages. Can someone help me understand well how to convert my Word documents to e-books or how to make at least my Word documents to PDF files using eReader? Thanks for any help! You can use Sony's software convert or http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net caliber. You may have to convert (unless) RTF first. Sony Reader can read RTF files, you can open them in Word and "save as RTF. It works best to use a larger font size as 16 and 18 points, otherwise it will be very small on the Sony Reader. PDF files EReader for environmental environment, it is necessary to change the page size for the reader size: about 3.5×4.6 (this is not true, but it comes close) or 90×120mm (ditto), and change margins very small. (I use 0.1 "margins on all sides.) Word" ebook save as "option lets you save a file as an application Microsoft. LIT file, not an ebook that can be prepared by the Sony Reader.
