A friend claims that the last ten years, she can not remember the name of each person met. Another describes those moments frequent when the word is just the tip of the tongue, but for the life that simply does not materialize. As with the daily weight repeat the gym to strengthen certain muscle groups, mental exercises to strengthen and improve memory and thinking functions in time. Here are some exercises you can use to increase physical memory:

While the dry cleaners found an envelope in his pocket to be mailed.
• When you meet someone for the first time, repeating his name as presented. Ask a question about the spelling (Ann with an E is the end?) Find a hallmark of the person and the picture with the spelling of the name of the person. Associate the name of a song, rhyme or celebrity (example: if you know someone named Marilyn, the person with Marilyn Monroe.)

With aging, memory loss is often the result of chronic stress. If you are going through a particularly stressful time in your life, you will experience the most likely problem is remembering things. Try these to help oblivion caused by stress:

• Buy a small digital recorder, or use the voice recording on your mobile phone to keep things that happen at the same time outside home.
• Use timers to remind you of appointments and when you need to take medication.
• If you take more than one drug per day, buy a box reminder the pill and use so you do not have to guess whether I have taken the medicine or not.
• Slow down!

Sometimes memory loss is a symptom of a busy life, but can also warn us of a problem in the brain. Most of us have at one time or another concern that We had early Alzheimer's disease.
