The best way to create an RSS feed is to use the software. A podcast is simply an RSS feed that contains an audio file instead. Software I recommended FeedForAll (there are Windows and Mac). The following will guide you through the process of creating a podcast using the software – http://www.feedforall.com/podcasting-tutorial.htm (There's also a built in wizard). You can download a trial version of http://www.feedforall.com If you also need an Audio recording software to take a out their podcasting package. Just save the audio file.
