The Kelly Blue Book factor in popularity or scarcity of a car?
retail KBB value of my car is much lower than expected. The model particular it was abandoned in 2005 and is considered rare because they never come to sell. I bought before gas prices rose, their value should be higher due to demand for vehicles efficient, and this is reflected in the local retail price. KBB is a factor in all this?
does and does not work. is simply a collection of statistical data historical operations. there are "factors" are added or subtracted. what you describe, in theory, have the data by purchasers in the market, but as many other things – the value of a car is really what someone will pay for it
