Have you ever had one of those nights where God woke up with something to say? Do you know where to go … to bed after a long day or a week … tired as you can …. pretty sure you need the total of eight …. and then two or three hours …. wake up … fully alert … entirely with open eyes …. and can not sleep for the rest of the night? Last night …. It was one of those nights of MS.

What I will share with you …. Can Rock Your World. "It did mine. You can change your life forever …. certainly mine. I hope you change yours too.

My name is Ryan Hightower. I have 34 years and live in Phoenix, Arizona. I have 4 beautiful girls. I'm a normal guy … with many ideas. I have no college degree … any formal writing experience to speak of. I have been mostly independent of the age of 14 years (the last 20 years) … mainly because he was not willing to settle for the satisfaction that wages and steady work pays …. And because I had little interest in the sale of my own dreams at the expense of helping someone else get (the bosses). I, and I still believe today, that win-win opportunities exist all around us …. there is a way for me to get everything I wanted in my life …. while to help everyone around me get what they wanted in their … .. and he was right.

I could probably tell a lot of interesting things about Me … in my life. When I've been too …. Unique experiences and people who met over the years …. The various companies I started, grown, running, ect ect sold. different goals and dreams I had …. The list is long. But for the sake of this short article …. let me look about 3 years. I had 31 years …. In little over a year … I had acquired (all legitimate and legally) about 70 properties …. And a net worth of about 3 and a half billion. I was a millionaire …. I could almost not believe it … but true. Then, after 2005 … Our real estate market Screetch stationary …. The market just stopped … .. I rushed to sell all my possessions to what should be in them …. leaving most of them in time … all but 14 homes way to execution mortgage. Fricken I heard "put me … .. at least financially. Still really a lot of money … but never like this. I took this difficult. As much as I wanted to believe that money was no big deal …. was given many beautiful things … things you do not want to live without … million dollar homes …. property waterfront …. Private jet travel …. Travels in the place … often …. usually 20 to 30 weeks per year … Corvettes each new year … new bikes and other toys a whim …. meat dinners every night … or at least whenever I wanted. And above all … gave me the ability to give and give big things … .. as a donation of 100 bicycles new unit when the church bike …. give away cars to people in need (good, too) in a half-dozen times …. send people who needed vacation …. tithe thousands of dollars every week …. sending an airport limousine friends that I had requested a ride to the airport …. and the list goes on and on. My heart still aspire to that kind and helpful things again …. To serve and love my neighbors, coworkers.

So when I lost everything …. He hit me Hard … Very hard. I began spiraling into a deep depression …. Something I've never had problems with in my life …. I have always maintained a positive attitude in most things. Currently … just a couple of years ago … I could barely get out of bed for days. At one point I remember my daughters (3, 9, 10 years now) asks me to cook something for dinner …. And just look in the kitchen cupboards … I could not find the life of how to cook dinner. The girls called their mother …. She wine … feed the children … and then took me to the hospital. They were locked for about 2 weeks. I could not go … total blockade, while they were trying to understand what was wrong with me. Bipolar disorder …. deep depression …. bla bla bla …. Hospitals …. A long series of different drugs … nothing seemed to work … some who have worse when they left on my own. Counselling …. Therapists ….

I decided I did not need drugs … I was better off without them and find things about myself. What needed a new goal. Friends and family told me (especially in the type of prison, followed by phone calls) that the hospital I could not hold for forever …. That man is a living being about 2 to 4 weeks …. I conspired with others, how to escape … guards had to deal with … Barbed wire locks … …. It was basically an insane asylum or as one can imagine …. some of my colleagues depressive-employees were confined in straitjackets …. ugggghhh … Fortunately I had to go through this humiliation. I behaved as I could and talked my best lines for physicians and advisors every day … until finally one day … I was told I could go home the next day.

I went home … tried all different medications for a few months … I decided I could do something better for myself. It is especially as I come to need a new target. All I knew (at least that's what I thought at the time) … all I knew was real estate … and creative financing. How to buy real estate with no money … with bad credit or no … how to increase the capital … how to buy seizures ect ect. And now … nobody buys anything. Beginnnning our crumbling economy.

About this time …. I been on for Craiglsist. A friend of mine … Real Estate complied with its other properties more quickly than I could … I used to do the same thing before my hospitalization …. Now it uses only the survival daily … .. I discovered things that people had been placed by the apartment empty containers … …. aquariums …. Mattresses games … dressers … sold for money ect ect every day to buy food and gas …. I craigslist for advice and counsel to delay the inevitable deportation to my apartment …. the wedge with the legal process for over 8 months (something I'm not pround to date … ever). Craigslist has become a survival tool. I met many new people … The friends …. Sometimes more.

I took a little longer than next year or not. In December 2008, he moved to a house he bought new from the manufacturer in 2005. He was already behind on payments when he moved … but I needed a place to live …. I follow everyday CL … …. but was able to exploit their power to initiate Travel through …. meet some very large …. collection of cash for daily living …. but the house was so far away … also lose …. was inevitable …. approximately $ 200,000 was due more to this when not even worth it. I am ashamed to admit I had to rely on food stamps.
I had done something really amazing with Credit Lyonnais and things began to change …. but it was too late to save the house. People have always been impressed by my stories CL. Always seems to pull the impossible. At least 100 people have told me … "Writing the book." I tried for over a year to do it myself. For some reason, I could not.

Then my brother, Neal Hightower (www.sixsimpletruths.com) led me to Tom. Tom came to speak at Emory University in Atlanta, where almost Neal life. He spoke of a night about how to write his book. And the next night about being published. Is Tom said it was by far … the best instructors to teach on any subject that Neal had never heard of … a true genius … a guy who really knows his shit …. An expert. I am encouraged that it is possible to verify these two classes university. Tom said he has lived in my home state Arizona.

Neal sent me a link to an email … Tom was going to speak at Paradise Valley Community College … only one way miles from home …. and for only $ 19 per night. I had a $ 40 Visa gift I received for my birthday …. and thought and prayed for what to do is fill my gas tank for another two weeks …. or use the Visa gift card to register and pay for both classes. God said … "Ry classes." The gas will be released … somehow. I went …. And Neal was right … was the best I've heard enough. I'm so glad I went.

Neal remained in contact me in the coming weeks …. and said: no way … to reach retirement Sedona … to do so. It was like four grandchildren. I was not able to do so. More Info … I set my intention. I'll be there through thick and thin. After the second night of classes (classes have been a few weeks apart) and I sent Tom e-mail thanking you for the info … incredible feeling I could do now … write my book. The people of this kind have been truly in the presence of greatness … but on the basis of the stupid questions asked Tom … I do not think even knew what was facing them. No matter … He was there to me two nights …. They rest of them can have any experience they want with it.

Tom emailed back to me … thanks to me … and curious why not sign them off (October 2009)? I said just a question of money … but I wanted to be there. The email back with an appointment with us to discuss the issue. He was sweating and stressed for a week before the appointment … Calling all of my best friends and supporters asking all … what the hell that could offer this kind to let me in I was desperate. I had a car and a truck … TWO broken down badly in the last two weeks …. I lost my house (and not lose last week … December 3, 2009) and both cars were out .. I was walking anywhere (yes, like Forest Gump " a concept that had Bubba and Lieutenant Dan … I myself am). Do not worry … Transportation-wise … Sedona was only about 100 miles … Might take a look … or coupling or else … it's just not very far … I needed to make the writing of his book of retirement. Tom called … and I did an interview … and both concluded that this book of mine … was the explosion … labor pains had started long book … and I wanted this book for a long time …. you have to leave early or will have serious consequences. The interview lasted an hour probly. Asked the right questions … and apparently was responding to all the right answers. Because … He answered a prayer of mine. I can not tell the details …. But what I can tell … I have been shown great mercy and kindness …. and worked in an arrangement that worked for the two … I was on my way! He made me promise to stay in Sedona do not travel in retirement.

Sedona rooms is $ 200 to 300 per thousand and more. Even camping sites to $ 20 infinite … … $ 8 160bucks both nites … I did not. But I understand. Fast forward three weeks. See time. No place. Not be accepted reservations. No money. I jumped in my truck. I used my food stamps to buy some bags (one value per week) of nonperishable food …. Mostly sandwiches. I threw my sleeping bag in the truck. I filled the gas tank … and I headed north. I had the opportunity of a lifetime … the absolute perfect time … The piece is not missing for the world. My truck broke down on the road to retirement …. At the time of overheating … and I completely destroyed a tire … about to lose control of the truck on the road. I was shaking … but it was very good. I left a lot of time … in fact, 4 hours left before the start time … Sedona and it was only half past one … .. but arrived 15 minutes late.

I was really here! Never mind the stupid truck or sleeping (I worried about getting a couple of showers … and not the kind that smells bad in the class LOL) or something to eat. Tom assured me … only appear …. And this baby … my book …. Exit. And he did!

The retreat lasted eight days. It was amazing. Met 40 of the most loving supportive care energetic people who know. The group energy is phenonominal. We all had a common goal …. We write books.

People ask me how is it even possible to write a book full in a week or so … much worse. Do not worry, I had the same doubts. I wrote at a speed of about 2000 words per hour, by hand, these artists huge blocks that give you in retirement. The days were 8 to 10 hours each … but among the collection of my thoughts and not write all the time … spend much time on the terrace … just pray … thought …. I've got about 10,000 words per day. Four and a half days for the eight-day retreat … I'm done! 45,000 words …. Fair below the typical 50,000 words you might find in a typical book of non-fiction … .. all written by hand … .. all with all my heart and passion …. directly by the pen on paper. (Some of my friends did bring and use laptops to retire … for me the manuscript was a better way to go … no distractions spelling control e-mail … ect ect … just write write write!). I had not read any of his yet … not allowed.

When I read … I was impressed. It was good … very, very good! Tom helped me to query 990 literary agents to retire by email. 117 have shown positive interest in what I wrote. Discuss Instant results. Tom has taught us that if one of us received a phone call …. This panel was a huge monumental … … to about a direct sign of God …. And if these events … to end the call quickly … get a name and number of … see and found immediately. He said a group of this size (about 40) … Who among us could receive a call. I'm SIX! (3 in retirement, and 3 output retirement). I poured my heart and my soul and my passion for Craigslist and my passion to really help people and serve others … in the paper … and pay BIG … or was ready.

In addition, Tom has insisted that the first night at the retreat … I crash on the bed outside the bed of my truck …. Even I have a shower daily hot I was there (LOL). The truck overheated again on the way home … this time … He could not stop fast enough … and blew motor in the truck …. I did almost all the way … .. I walked about 6 or 7 miles tonight safety. Its a little fun … I was so used to not having a spare dollar for the week … that I have all the way (on foot about 2 hours) … when I realized my empty pockets … a good friend of mine had retired as several hundred dollars to put the book. I'm sure it would have been good for me to take $ 20 and call a taxi for money. Well uh … God and I had a good talk for two hours much tonight … at first about how I was upset with him on this damn truck … but quickly turning it all I had to be thankful and hope. My life changed forever!

So … to October 17, 2009 was 25. … Just seven weeks ago …. Today is December 13, 2009. Where I am now? Im glad you asked. I am proud to share with you … things are clearer and better than it ever has been.

With the help of Tom and several in our group, and several others …. my book proposal (essentially a business plan for his book) is in the hands of 80 of the 117 officers that request later this week. About half a dozen harassing me for more information about this. I deleted about 40 employees not only for me or not ideal for this project. I had two contracts that are already too … not for me, and me with respect and courtesy in return. I agent number of the current selection that I like. She is a literary agent for 30 years … and sold 18 books last year … several of them for several million dollars. She called me three times expressed interest, and asked if I needed to help prepare the proposal of his. She has said she offered me a contract. One of the other 80 people really baffles me that I should not sign with the agent. But the agent selection process is oh so important …. can be the difference between your book enormously successful and become a moderate success … Also the difference can be thousands of dollars in your pocket. The law enforcement officer … the book of law … the possibility of a bidding war going on with the publishers of his book … is … what you want … .. the price through the roof! The agent, after all … to earn more than most as well. So I'm careful with the selection agent, but very eager to sign and let them do their job … ie …. I want to sell my book.

I hope to be signed with an agent, by the end of next week (this may take longer than some of these agents do not need to look in real time to what I sent). I have done much research on these agents and book sales Recent ect and what prices are paid. … And I'm sure if all points of my "I" 's and cons all my "T"' s …. What may get a few dollars or more dollars for this book!

I have a connection … I'm trying to reach an agreement with … crank 10,000,000 (ten million!) emails per week .. aimed to know, craigslist users … to sell e-book version of my book to a publisher pays me enough to stop (Or you can retain the right to continue selling e-book version … would be even better.) I hope for the 1 / 10 of 1% of sales in e-mails sent … Sold 10 million pounds or 10,000 per week … …. $ 10 each time … $ 100,000 per week in e-book sales … 70% for mail-type … 30% for me … or $ 30,000 per week for me until the book is bought by a publisher. My plan is … to remove fingerprints, demonstrated and went to my agent again … Addition verification of the proven profitability and demand for my book … 100-200 and quickly gather evidence first sale of my ebook and print these too … giving both of these tools valuable ammunition for my agent to get the money for my book they deserve. I have 4 or 5 people working hard to edit my book … then it is even more polished and refined by the time my agent or a publisher to view. I did business with these different people … Most just want a few copies of the work to completion … and can add to your portfolio.
I can help sell a few books and / or their companies through on craigslist in exchange for his assistance in editing. Find a need .. and filling.

I am in close contact with our retreat group e-mail at least once a week, sometimes daily. I speak with some of them on the phone a week …. And a couple of them almost every day. They are there for the needed. And I hope they know I'm there for them for all they need too. The support is incredible. Tom remains an important support as well … even if retirement is over.

The house … and … your party …. went to the bank on 3 December. … last week … I'm allowed to an apartment … fighting to get $ 500 and deposits of there before the sheriff a'knockin. I hope my book is sold in January or February 2010 and payable which represents a modest house 3-6 months and never be in this financial mess again. The car? … The car is repaired at the time …. And I expect to pay cash for a modest car coming in the news 3 to 6 months as well …. And that's the end of the car accident a few years at least.

And pensions? …. And … I would not miss the next one to the world!

I wrote this in just over an hour. To day, Tom never asked me to write a story (except for a brief interview video that all we removed only asking that our experience while there.) I wrote this on my own, unsolicited. Why you ask? I wrote this because he was forced to share my story (as embarrassing as some of them are) …. Maybe I can make a difference. I wrote to give Tom … for him to give to someone considering write a book or attend one of their retreats. Or maybe they're on the fence. I wrote it for me to do the same. You see … I am a man on a mission now …. My mission … is to spread the word. If you have a book for them (and let's be honest … not everyone has at least one?) …. then my job … My job is to liaise with Tom. What to discuss and decide what is best is that none of this … is both of them.

Tom has published 19 of his own books … and helped students to publish more than 2,000 books in last 30 years. He is the man to get your book on your head … and have it printed and published … if that's what you want.
