The slight advantage of Jeff Olson is a great book in the library of personal development.
This book challenge your current thoughts and philosophy to life. This is how you can change your life, and how "slight advantage" can have an incredible impact in time.
Jeff explains very simply how to take control of all aspects of life immediately. This includes relationships, spiritual, financial health, and beliefs. It explains exactly what "lightly Edge", and how it can affect our lives. We use every day that we realize it or not, and work for or against.
An example might be decided not to exercise today. It's easy to skip a day just because I did not. Is there any difference today? Nt is making a difference in time? Yes, and that is "slightly the edge." If you do not continue to exercise, I get out of the way, increasing weight, perhaps, and have a greater risk of health problems.
simple choices we make everyday is the impact a negative way, out of shape and overweight, or positive, I feel better and I'm making a decision to take care of my health. In fact, simple and can have a significant effect over time.
Jeff gave several examples where you can improve your life and the positive results in easy to understand steps and how easy it is to integrate these into the regular routine.
Jeff discusses the objectives and how you decide to really start is the difference between just thinking about it and really start. Should not be afraid to fail because will lead to success if you remember 'The Edge Light "and continue to share this day after day repeatedly over time.
This book is easy reading and you will probably find once you start, you can not put it down. You must read and reread. I recommend it and I think a book that has changed the lives of many, if people put into practice what Jeff recommends.
