What do you use to light the torch to cut metal?

I have a plasma torch 360 for this seetting tin metal thin sheet with slag, or have a torch actolyn what is the size of the smallest head I have or I can use with propane gas cutting nozzle? Is there a web site for teaching or classes in the Portland area, Oregon or self-taught basic book.

If you do not want to slag the use of plasma located in position lower. Cutting Torch (Oxy / Acetylene) milk will be rectified.
