What would be the most effective way to get from a book on food prices?
I find my receipts? or I have to go shopping that I frequent more often and even the regular price? I am interested in a price list of items I use most often (milk, cheese, bread, etc), no I can buy it from time to time (soda, Cheetos, chips, etc..) Has anyone made a list price of food? helped to reduce your grocery store? Would you noticed the tendency to run to the stores? the three stores that I liken to Aldi, Kroger and Marsh. I want to know if the Aldi prices are normal as or cheaper than Kroger / Marsh selling prices. thank you very much for your input!
