Why suffer – the privilege of Bobby Bruno

How many of you read the title of this article and thought to yourself, "How in this life can never be a privilege to suffer? Pain is pain, it really is. It hurts, especially when there is no reason for me to be affected at all. "I know how you feel. Why do I have to suffer sexual abuse, I had to go through a child? Why do I have to suffer the consequences of abuse, thus my adult life? What was the reason than the pleasure of sick person who does things for me? I know exactly how you feel. How could you call any person has a lien when it was so the best years of my life from me?

Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines privilege as "a right granted to a particular benefit, advantage or benefit, right or benefit given to some people and not others, for a special occasion to do something that makes us proud, the advantage of the rich and powerful over others in a society "Each one of these definitions to see what we can learn from them before us. The discussion of how the Bible refers to suffering as a privilege.

First: "A right granted as a special advantage or benefit." Note the word "clean." For us, it could mean something special strange, strange, different. We are used to suffering, but deep down we know that not meant to suffer. The suffering is not supposed to be a lifestyle for us, because God created us to suffer. Others will say that when we believe we are special that suffering is a privilege. Suffering can be an advantage for you if you want to see as God sees it (See my article "Why do I suffer -. The Goal") You have to see it as a springboard for further and deeper into Christ and the pain is sometimes a favor we do for others. as Jesus gave us a great favor when it was to the cross to die and take upon himself our sins. Can you see the privilege of having yet? Continue.

Second, "a right or benefit given to certain people and not others. "Suffering is an advantage? Depends on your point of view. Is not the pain an advantage when the body is recovering from an injury? Can not tell you is how your body is actually healing? Why the privilege to suffer for Jesus given to some and not others? Only God knows answer to this question. Only God knows that is strong enough to withstand the weight of suffering on his shoulders for him in the world. How is suffering from a "right"? Let me say that some people can not afford to be victims of violence and others do not. But for those of us who have personally met Jesus Christ, we force to endure suffering, it is the power of Jesus help us to continue. I knew the family and friends committed suicide because he had no strength to cope with the pain and suffering from depression.

Thirdly, "a special opportunity to do something that makes you proud;. The advantage of the rich and powerful over the others in society "For Jesus, dying on the cross was a special occasion to make her father proud of him, because Jesus did what his father asked him, and gave His life for us all. For us it is a special opportunity to see Santa who really love his Son, Jesus. As any parent living God is proud of us when we do what we ordered. Are you rich? You are if you asked Jesus into your life. Empowering the people who do not know Jesus did not. As followers of Jesus, as Christians, we have the power to influence our society so that the unsaved person can not be together, because God only knows how to make changes in a society that is eternal paste, as long as people want the change that God can bring.

Como – print design services and cheap for all churches and ministries Christians, "we know we will suffer at the hands of unbelievers as they try to change the world better reflect the way God wants the world to be. Therefore, it is a privilege to suffer for Jesus. The suffering we feel that spreading the Gospel message of Jesus is far from suffering extended the message around the world personally. Jesus, however, considered a privilege to suffer for his Father, and we can not do anything unless they adopt the same mentality.

I asked earlier how could call those who suffer sexual abuse of a privilege, when he took much of the best years of my life from me. The answer is: I write articles not only are based on head knowledge, I have learned from reading the Bible and other books on Christianity. They are based on what I learned while in the trenches of suffering I endured, and look to Jesus Christ taken from a childlike state of mind to think and act like a man that he and I may well be proud. I write from my heart, my soul, my bones, my muscles, and all the aches and pains that I have still all those years of depression and fear. Every part of my life in every word and every sentence. When you type the period at the end of each sentence, you can be sure that the ink I use is my life blood, clean and purified by the hand of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I always will love him and let him do whatever he wants with the rest of my life. I pray you too. I am very privileged that Jesus made me suffer with him. Praise the Lord!

Now, let's see what the Bible says about this concept across the pain of being a privilege.

It is a privilege to suffer by Christ

Philippians 1:29 tells us, was not only the privilege of trusting in Christ, but also the privilege to suffer for it (NLT). In this section of Philippians, Paul speaks of the church in the fact that, since we are saved, we have enemies. Yes, we must fight these enemies so that is the glory of God, but not be intimidated by them. As Paul says in verse 28 – will be a sign to be destroyed, but thou shalt be saved, even by God himself (NLT).

When shows that are not afraid of the enemy actions, we show them the peace of Christ dwell in us and not them. This in turn make the fear, which in turn, destroy its value and their cause to be destroyed. It is in these times when we must consider a privilege to suffer for Jesus, who spread His peace and love throughout the world. We Christians are a scandal for those who do not accept Jesus Christ as Lord. The truth will slip that gives us an opportunity for us to counter their movements with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you do not accept the truth that before them, are destroyed in ignorance of their souls, and can not understand how and why it happened.

He brings joy would be happy to suffer for Christ

The apostle Peter said, "be glad that you share the sufferings of Christ, you're happy and full of joy when Christ returns in glory (1 Peter 4:13 / NCV). we realize it or not, which brought great joy to Jesus who was to suffer and die in our place for our sins so we would not. Yes, Jesus prayed to God to win the cup of suffering he was about to experience, but "saw the joy in him, so he endured death on the cross, disregarding its shame him "(Hebrews 12:2 / GW). Jesus knew beatings and pain of the nails in the flesh would be. However, brought him joy because he knew his father's death bring, take him to heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father, once again sit on the throne, who had stopped coming to earth to die for us. We also have the same joy of knowing that no matter what happens here, too be raised in heaven, where joy will be complete, and our hearts will not suffer more. In our time, even years, suffering we must remember where go. If we are to die for the cause of Christ, we die knowing that the pain was worth it to see the Savior face to face in our real home. Life of Jesus is a privilege, is to die for Jesus. As the apostle Paul said: "Rejoice in the Lord always, I repeat. Rejoice" (Philippians 4:04 / NIV) "This includes our suffering as well. Santiago from this command best when he said: "Note pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith worketh patience. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing "(Jacques 1:2-4 / NIV). Do not miss the joy of the privilege to suffer for Jesus.

That pleases God when we suffer for doing good

God does not like to see us suffering in general. If we suffer because of the consequences of sin, or because they have done wrong, God is not pleased. Will not call a good and faithful servant when you do something you know you should not have done, especially if that something has been done in anger. The Apostle Peter knew he was wrong when he denied Jesus three times. Her pain was immediate and guilt has never been before him. But after that the Holy Spirit was given to him grew stronger because of their sin is angry. He understood that Jesus was the best Lord of your life. When he wrote the words of 1 Peter 2:20, he knew all the suffering for the Lord. Even if his guilt had not been physically beaten before, still knew that Jesus was not happy with him that night in the courtyard. But if you listen carefully to your words, you can almost hear and feel the joy he received after his guilt had been replaced by Jesus' love for him that day at the beach. He said cheerfully: "If If you are beaten for doing wrong, there is no reason to congratulate him on his patient in pain. But if you have to do good, and have patience, then God is pleased (NCV).

Peter knows what he's talking. In the book of Acts, chapter 5, verses 40-41, we find Peter and apostles being whipped for preaching in the name of Jesus. Had been warned by the governing council would suffer if not stopped. This is the second time she had been threatened. The first time they were put in prison, but an angel opened the doors of their cells and free to preach again. But this time they were beaten and then released, and continued preaching Jesus wherever he went. "The apostles left the council chamber. They were happy that they were counted worthy to suffer the embarrassment of talking about Jesus "(5:41 Acts / GW).

God is pleased when we tell others about his Son, Jesus. If we suffer, while proclaiming the Gospel, then it is doubly happy because now we are more than never in his Son. When we suffer for Jesus to share in his sufferings, and is the highest honor a Christian can have in their quest to bring freedom to others that our Savior can give. An honor and a privilege to suffer for doing good. As Peter noted that "there is no shame to suffer for being a Christian. Praise God for the privilege of being called by your name great "(1 Peter 4:16 / NLT)! The next time someone spits in your face because you are a Christian, remember that spit about Jesus, too, when he was beaten and whipped. Fortunately, the joy that Jesus meant he did not suffer as much as him. But if we wait we are like the privilege it is to suffer like him.

I receive the crown of life

One last word, if I can. Jacques 1:12 tells us: "Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he resisted aa test will receive the crown of life that God has promised those who love him "(NIV). The crown of life is an extra-special blessing from God we receive from heaven after the rapture head, if we have been persecuted for Jesus and remained faithful said while the world around us in this regard. To remain faithful during or after the prosecution is important. God's promise to give the crown of life makes unless there is no denying our Saviour, because the pain is too intense. Just think we'd all be if Jesus has denied the Father and was torn by whips cut glass and stones. Jesus has shown us that the pain only lasts a short time, but the Father's love will bring us great rewards when our lives are suffering more, and we are back in heaven where you still belong.

When walking along the ground to tell everyone you know about Jesus and His salvation, account for all the suffering, great and small as a great privilege that God has allowed us to participate. As Scripture says, "The Greatest Love you can do is give his life for his friends "(John 15:13 / GW). There is no greater privilege to fix his life for another, because at the time of entry into the Heaven is immediate, and you hear the words that I've waited all his life to hear "Well done, good and faithful servant, thou hast been faithful with a number of things, I will put you by many things. Come share the joy of your master! "(Matthew 25:23 / NIV)
